The 2021 Winter Bump will be held in Myrtle Beach and Charleston, SC. With the overwhelming response in 2020, we’re thrilled to bring back Historic Charleston to this years venue lineup.
As always, we are excited to host this great tournament every year and wish your teams the best. Following is some helpful information to help you enjoy your time with us.

Spectator wristbands
Wristbands are required at each of our playing facilities for entry into the court area. 3
Day Weekend passes are $25 and a daily pass is $15. Kids 12 and under are free.
Wristbands must be attached to the person and presented at all times. Lost wristbands
must be repurchased.

Events t-shirts and merchandise is available at each location. Every year we sell out so
getting there early is important. Tournament Short sleeve is $20, Long sleeve is $25, and
Sweatshirt is $30. We will also have various other items. Vendors will also be on hand.
*A service fee is required for credit and debit card sales.

Food Options
No outside Food can be brought in to the Convention Center and Sports Center in Myrtle
Beach. Each location will have concessions and food options on-site. Food tables are
allowed at Pepper Geddings, Crabtree and Canal Street at designated
locations. They are very generous in allowing this so be sure to keep area clean.
Coaches bring Warm-up Balls

*A Roster and JVA Coaches Sign In Form are required. A maximum of 3
Coaches and 15 players will receive credentials.

Facilities will open at 7am each day. All scheduled matches will be available on AES and
can be accessed using a smart phone. www.advancedeventsystems.com. The morning
wave will begin play at 8am. Teams playing and working the first match must be
courtside 20 minutes prior to play. After play begins schedule times may vary. The
afternoon wave will start no earlier than 2:30pm. Teams playing and working the first
match must be courtside 20 minutes prior to play. Monday’s schedule is based on pool
results. *Teams are responsible for knowing their schedules and will be penalized for
missed assignments.
Seating
Courtside seating is available at all locations. No outside chairs are allowed. It is
considerate for spectators to make room for the families of teams playing and to switch
sides with the teams during a match. Please do not take up courtside seating when your
team is not playing.
Parking
Paid parking at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center and the Sports Center is $5 day. Do
not park in bank or business parking lots near the convention center. You will be
towed. Free (but LIMITED) parking at Pepper Geddings, Canal Street and Crabtree gyms.
No tolerance Policy
Sportsmanship and fair play are the highest priority. We want our tournament to be
competitive and demonstrate all the positive aspects of youth sports. There will be no
tolerance for misconduct by players, coaches, or spectators. Cussing or loud negative
comments directed at a player or official will be grounds for expulsion from the
tournament. If you witness any misconduct please advise the court official or a
tournament representative at the Championship desk. Positive Cheering and
encouragement for your team is welcome.
