Wow, over 300 teams are entered and our Myrtle Beach Divisions are completely full. We still have limited space in our Elite Challenge in Spartanburg. Going to be a great tournament and can’t wait to see everyone. Following is some important information for your families coming to the event. Be sure to check back as details are updated as we get closer to the tournament.
Elite Showcase Registration NOW OPEN
Registration for our Elite showcase is open. Space is limited to the first 125 Athletes. Over 40 College Coaches typically attend the event and it will be a great way to up your profile.
Winter Bump
Tournament Waves (AM starts 8am, PM starts 2:30pm)
Myrtle Beach:
AM = 12s, 13 Club, 14 Club, 14 Open, 15 Club (5 pools)
PM = 15 Club (7 pools), 16 Club, 17 Club, 18 Club
Spartanburg:
AM = 15 Open, 16 Open, 17 Open
PM = 18 Open, 15/16s Sweet 16, 17/18 Sweet 16
Spectator wristbands
Wristbands are required at each of our playing facilities for entry into the court area. 3 Day Weekend passes are $20 and a daily pass is $10. Kids 12 and under are free. Please bring exact change to speed up the process. Online sales for Myrtle Beach only will be available closer to the tournament. A convenience fee will be charged for online purchase. Wristbands must be attached to the person and presented at all times. Lost wristbands must be repurchased.

* To save yourself time bring exact change. Credit and debit cards take a bit longer. Friday nights are much less crowded. No checks.
Merchandise Sales
Events t-shirts and merchandise is available at each location. Every year we sell out so getting there early is important. Tournament Short sleeve is $20, Long sleeve is $25, and Sweatshirt is $30. We will also have various other items. Vendors will also be on hand.

Food Options
No outside Food can be brought in to the facilities in Myrtle Beach and Spartanburg. Each location will have concessions and food options on-site. In Spartanburg (only) you will be able to set up tents and tables outside. They are very generous in allowing this so be sure to keep area clean.
Gym Hours / Team Schedules
Facilities will open at 7am each day. All scheduled matches will be available on AES and can be accessed using a smart phone. www.advancedeventsystems.com. The morning wave will begin play at 8am. Teams playing and working the first match must be courtside 20 minutes prior to play. After play begins schedule times may vary. The afternoon wave will start no earlier than 2:30pm. Teams playing and working the first match must be courtside 20 minutes prior to play. Monday’s schedule is based on pool results. *Teams are responsible for knowing their schedules and will be penalized for missed assignments.
Seating
Courtside seating is available at all locations. No outside chairs are allowed. It is considerate for spectators to make room for the families of teams playing and to switch sides with the teams during a match. Please do not take up courtside seating when your team is not playing.
No tolerance Policy
Sportsmanship and fair play are the highest priority. We want our tournament to be competitive and demonstrate all the positive aspects of youth sports. There will be no tolerance for misconduct by players, coaches, or spectators. Cussing or loud negative comments directed at a player or official will be grounds for expulsion from the tournament. If you witness any misconduct please advise the court official or a tournament representative at the Championship desk. Positive Cheering and encouragement for your team is welcome.
